- Seminar examining leadership and the role of entrepreneurs and
- business leaders in the historical development of the U.S. economy. A
- theoretical framework in leadership theory and theories of economic

- This course develops an understanding of corporate governing boards,
- governance, and accountability and ethical approaches to decision
- making within this corporate context. Applies these ethical models and
- legal criteria developed from actual court cases to common situations
