Ouachita Baptist University (“OBU”) makes information available to you on this Web site, subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing this site, you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined in this legal notice. OBU reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time at its sole discretion.

The purpose of this Web site is to grant students convenient access to their educational records through an on-line format. To protect the privacy of this information, access will be granted only upon the submission of a verified password. Maintaining the secrecy of a password is the sole responsibility of the student. In no event will OBU be responsible for the dissemenation of any secret password. In the event that a person other than the student user has gained access to the student user's password, it is the student user's responsibility to notify OBU of such occurrence. Upon written receipt of such notice, OBU will promptly deny access to the previously issued password, and will allow a new password to be verified.

Likewise, it is the responsibility of the student user to view this Web site at a place and during a time that guarantees the privacy of the information being viewed. The student user understands that OBU will not be responsible in the event that a third party views any otherwise confidential information from the Web site that has been accessed by the student user. By way of example only, if a student user views this Web site in a campus computer lab or in a dormitory room, OBU will not be responsible if a third party views information on the computer terminal.

The student user also understands that he or she is under no obligation to view this information on-line. All information available through this on-line format may also be accessed through other means by visiting the appropriate campus offices.
